    Biography

    Nick Taylor joined Ganim Legal in February 2023 and handles primarily bodily injury matters, along with select criminal, workers' compensation, and probate cases at both pre-litigation and litigation stages.

    Before joining the firm, Nick spent several years as a civil defense attorney at Marshall Dennehey Warner Coleman & Goggin in Purchase, NY, representing major insurers (State Farm, AIG), third-party administrators (Gallagher Bassett, Sedgwick), and self-insured businesses (First Student, First Group America, US Concrete) in motor vehicle, premises liability, and homeowners cases. He began plaintiff-side civil litigation work in 2022. Earlier in his career he handled intellectual property litigation and USPTO trademark and copyright filings at Gilbride, Tusa, Last & Spellane in Greenwich.

    A lifelong hockey player and coach, Nick captained his high school team in Stamford and played four years of D1 club hockey at the University of Arizona. He coached youth and high school hockey for more than a decade. His family owns DiMare Pastry Shop in Stamford and Greenwich, where he grew up working as a baker, pastry chef, and delivery driver.
